Tai Chi Chuan

Having its origins in China, tai chi chuan is an excellent healing type of exercise. The school approached is Liu Pai Lin, a health-focused style that derivates from Yang school. The tai chi taught by me aims at energy work and health, releasing stress from your joints and facilitating the energy flow through your body. It is an excellent exercise for stress and anxiety reduction, improving memory and focus. You are going to leave the class lighter and relaxed.
